Wipro Q3FY26 Numbers
Here are important highlights of the results:
Gross revenue stood at Rs 23,560 crore, an increase of 3.8% QoQ and 5.5% YoY.
IT services segment revenue was at Rs 21,084 crore, up 1.2% QoQ and 0.2% YoY.
Non-GAAP constant currency IT services revenue increased 1.4% QoQ and declined 1.2% YoY.
Total bookings were at Rs 26,680 crore, down 5.7% YoY in constant currency.
Large deal bookings stood at Rs 6,968 crore, a decline of 8.4% YoY in constant currency.IT services operating margin for Q3 FY26 was 17.6%, an expansion of 0.9% QoQ and 0.1% YoY.
Net income for the quarter was Rs 3,120 crore, a decline of 3.9% QoQ and 7.0% YoY.
Earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter was Rs 2.98, down 3.9% QoQ and 7.2% YoY.
Adjusted for labour code changes, net income stood at Rs 3,360 crore, up 3.6% QoQ and 0.3% YoY, while EPS was Rs 3.21, up 3.5% QoQ and flat YoY.
Operating cash flows were Rs 4,260 crore, an increase of 25.7% QoQ and a decline of 13.6% YoY, representing 135.4% of net income for the quarter.
Voluntary attrition stood at 14.2% on a trailing twelve-month basis.
Outlook for the Quarter ending March 31, 2026
We expect revenue from our IT Services business segment to be in the range of $2,635 million to $2,688 million. This translates to sequential guidance of 0% to 2.0% in constant currency terms.
TechM Q3Fy26 Numbers
New deal wins reached USD 1,096 Mn, up 47% YoY. The company reported a revenue of Rs 14,393 crore, marking a 2.8% QoQ and 8.3% YoY increase. Diluted Earnings per share (EPS) stood at Rs 12.64.
EBIT: Reported at Rs 1,892 crore, reflecting a significant increase of 40.1% YoY and 11.3% QoQ.
Revenue: Reached Rs 14,393 crore, showing growth of 2.8% QoQ and 8.3% YoY. In USD terms, revenue stood at $1,610 million.
Profit After Tax (PAT): Reported at Rs 1,122 crore, highlighting a 14.1% YoY increase.
