Infosys Q3FY26 Results: Topline & Bottomline
Infosys reported a 2% year-on-year (YoY) decline in its consolidated NET PROFIT at Rs 6,654 crore in the third quarter, compared with Rs 6,806 crore in the last year's quarter.
REVENUE from operations in the same period increased 9% YoY to Rs 45,479 crore.

Operating profit during the quarter fell to Rs 8,355 crore, down 6% YoY and 10.7% sequentially. Consequently, the operating margin narrowed to 18.4%, compared with 21.3% in the December quarter last year and 21% in the September quarter.

Infosys CFO Jayesh Sanghrajka said that the company has onboarded 18,000 freshers during the quarter, and is on track to add 20,000 this fiscal year. "Headcount increase demonstrates that we have confidence where the market is and where we are seeing demand. We also approved a higher variable pay compared to last quarter," said CEO Salil Parekh.
